We give you to tools to deliver a programme of Mental Health Support, created by Clinical Psychologists. This programme of support has been inspired by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, CBT, Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. You'll learn how to lead activities such as breathing for relaxation, mindfulness, and grounding approaches.
